My Journey. My Purpose.
Provide positive, applicable tools to kids so they feel equipped to navigate the waves of life.
Challenging times are unavoidable aspects of life. Through my journey, my tried and true practices like yoga, long walks and writing, have helped anchor me as I navigate my way through.
My goal is to help your kids find their anchoring practices so they feel equipped to navigate those difficult moments.
I want to help them identify their values and boundaries, and how to communicate them in an effective way. I want them to learn more about themselves, their minds, their emotions. I want to encourage them to develop healthy habits and practices to rely on in the face of challenges.
We all get knocked off our centers multiple times a day. It is my hope that each individual I work with first knows what it feels like to be centered, to identify when they’ve lost it, and how to get back.
This awareness is a skill that many people don’t find until later in life, in the wake of a deep moment of hardship. Imagine how different life would be if we learned those skills as kids.
